BDTrimsART specializes in made-to-order decorative skateboard art decks and related artwork and accessories.
Because many of our products are individually produced, finished, or customized after an order is placed, minor variations may occur between individual products.
Such variations may include differences in:
Color
Print placement
Pattern positioning
Wood grain
Surface appearance
Finish
Dimensions
Texture
Artwork positioning
These reasonable manufacturing or artistic variations do not necessarily constitute defects.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and images accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your monitor, phone, tablet, display settings, lighting conditions, and other factors.
We cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your device will exactly match the physical product.
Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, BDTrimsART skateboard art decks are sold primarily as decorative artwork and wall décor.
Products marketed as decorative art decks are not represented as complete skateboards or as being suitable for riding, tricks, transportation, competitive skating, or other sporting activities.
Mounting hardware, trucks, wheels, bearings, grip tape, or other skateboard components are included only when expressly stated in the applicable product description.
Customers are responsible for following appropriate installation and mounting instructions.
BDTrimsART products are generally made to order.
We do not necessarily maintain finished inventory of every artwork or design displayed on our website.
Production begins after an order is received and may include printing, cutting, finishing, coating, curing, inspection, assembly, and packaging.
Our typical production timeframe is approximately:
7-14 business days before shipment.
Production time may vary depending on:
Design complexity
Quantity ordered
Customization
Material availability
Current production volume
Equipment or production conditions
Finishing or curing requirements
Holidays or unusually high demand
Some products may be completed sooner, while custom or complex orders may require additional time.
Business days generally exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal holidays.
Production time and shipping/transit time are separate.
The 7-14 business day production timeframe refers to the approximate time required to manufacture and prepare your order before it is transferred to the shipping carrier.
The shipping method selected at checkout applies to the transportation of the package after production is completed.
For example, selecting a two-day shipping service does not mean that a made-to-order product will be manufactured and delivered within two days.
Purchasing expedited shipping does not expedite production unless BDTrimsART expressly agrees to expedited production before the order is placed.
A shipping label and tracking number may be generated before production of your order has been completed.
In some cases, we create shipping documentation when an order enters production so that the order can move efficiently through our production and fulfillment process.
Therefore, receiving a tracking number does not necessarily mean that your package has shipped.
Tracking may initially display statuses such as:
"Label Created," "Pre-Shipment," "Shipping Label Created," "Carrier Awaiting Item," or similar language.
These statuses generally indicate that shipping information has been transmitted to the carrier but the carrier may not yet physically possess the package.
Your tracking information should begin updating after production is complete and the package has been physically transferred to and accepted by the shipping carrier.
For purposes of these Terms, an order is considered shipped when the merchandise is physically transferred to the carrier, not when a shipping label or tracking number is generated.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from BDTrimsART.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
Product availability
Pricing or listing errors
Suspected fraud
Payment authorization problems
Material availability
Production limitations
Shipping restrictions
Intellectual property concerns
Customer-submitted artwork that we cannot legally or practically reproduce
Payment authorization or receipt of an automated order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.
If we cancel an order that has been paid for and no amount is properly owed, we will issue the applicable refund.
BDTrimsART may offer custom artwork, personalization, special colors, custom graphics, custom sizing, or other modifications.
Custom work may require an additional design fee.
Any applicable custom design fee will be disclosed before or during the ordering process.
Unless otherwise stated, design fees are non-refundable once design work has begun, because they compensate us for time spent creating or preparing artwork specifically for the customer.
When a design proof is provided, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing:
Spelling
Names
Dates
Colors
Layout
Dimensions
Artwork
Orientation
Other customization details
Production may begin after customer approval.
Once a custom design has been approved and production has started, changes may require additional fees and may not always be possible.
If you submit photographs, illustrations, logos, names, trademarks, graphics, text, designs, or other content for a custom order ("Customer Content"), you represent and warrant that:
You own the Customer Content or have permission to use it;
You have the necessary rights to authorize BDTrimsART to reproduce it;
Our use of the Customer Content to fulfill your order will not violate another person's copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights; and
The Customer Content does not violate applicable law.
You grant BDTrimsART a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, resize, crop, format, print, manufacture, and otherwise use the Customer Content as reasonably necessary to design, produce, fulfill, and support your order.
We reserve the right to decline any custom request that we reasonably believe may infringe intellectual property rights or violate applicable law.
When applicable, BDTrimsART may provide a digital design proof before production.
Digital proofs are intended to show the general layout and appearance of the proposed product.
Colors displayed electronically may vary from the finished physical product.
Once a customer approves a proof, the customer accepts the spelling, layout, design, and other visible details shown in that proof.
BDTrimsART remains responsible for producing the item substantially according to the approved design, subject to reasonable manufacturing and material variations.
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website.
Prices may change without notice.
The price charged will generally be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.
Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include:
Shipping
Sales tax
Customs duties
Import taxes
Brokerage fees
VAT/GST
Other government or carrier charges
These amounts may be calculated separately where applicable.
You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Payment processing may be performed by Shopify or other third-party payment processors.
BDTrimsART does not necessarily directly receive or store complete payment-card information.
Orders are shipped according to our separate Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, or other domestic or international carriers.
Estimated delivery dates provided by BDTrimsART, Shopify, or a carrier are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, transportation and delivery are performed by that carrier.
Carrier delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, customs, holidays, incorrect routing, or other circumstances outside BDTrimsART's reasonable control may affect delivery times.
We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the production timeframe stated on our website.
If circumstances arise that prevent us from shipping within the timeframe promised at the time of purchase, we will handle the delay in accordance with applicable law.
Customers may have the option to agree to an applicable delay or cancel an unshipped order for a refund where required by law.

BDTrimsART may ship to select countries outside the United States.
International delivery times can vary substantially.
After an international shipment leaves our facility, transportation may involve multiple postal systems, carriers, customs agencies, or delivery partners.
BDTrimsART cannot control:
Customs processing times
Border inspections
International carrier delays
Local postal-service delays
Delivery schedules in the destination country
International transit estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
International customers are responsible for understanding the import requirements applicable to their destination.
Orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, brokerage charges, handling fees, or other charges imposed by government authorities or carriers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.
BDTrimsART does not control these charges.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
This includes, where applicable:

If you discover an address error, contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after fulfillment processing begins.
Packages returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable address may be subject to additional shipping charges if the customer requests reshipment.
If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:
Check the delivery area;
Ask household members;
Ask neighbors;
Check with building management, concierge, reception, or leasing personnel; and
Contact the delivering carrier or local postal office.
Carriers may have GPS, delivery-scan, or other information not visible through public tracking.
If the package still cannot be located, contact BDTrimsART and we will review the circumstances.
Lost-package claims will be handled according to our Shipping and Refund Policies and applicable law.
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, contact us and provide:
Order number;
Photographs of the product;
Photographs of the shipping package;
Photographs showing any visible shipping damage; and
Any other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the issue.
Please retain the packaging until the matter has been resolved because a carrier may request photographs or inspection.
Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include replacement, partial refund, or refund.
Returns, exchanges, refunds, and eligibility requirements are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Customers should review that policy before purchasing.
Do not return merchandise without following the applicable return instructions.
Because custom and personalized products are manufactured specifically for an individual customer, they may not be eligible for return or exchange due solely to:
Change of mind;
Color preference after approval;
Customer-provided incorrect information;
Customer-approved spelling;
Customer-approved design;
Customer-selected dimensions; or
Other customer-approved customization.
This limitation does not eliminate rights you may have under applicable law or remedies for products that arrive damaged, defective, materially different from an approved design, or incorrectly produced by BDTrimsART.
Because our products are made to order, production may begin relatively soon after an order is placed.
Cancellation requests should therefore be submitted as quickly as possible.
We cannot guarantee cancellation after:
Custom design work has begun;
Materials have been specially ordered;
Custom artwork has been created;
Production has otherwise started.
Any cancellation rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
Unless otherwise indicated, the BDTrimsART website and its original content, including photographs, artwork, graphics, product images, text, logos, designs, product presentations, videos, and other creative material, are owned by or licensed to BDTrimsART.
They are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a physical BDTrimsART product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights in the underlying artwork.
Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not reproduce, manufacture, copy, distribute, commercially exploit, sell reproductions of, or create derivative commercial products from BDTrimsART artwork.
Third-party names, trademarks, vehicle names, logos, artwork, or other intellectual property appearing on the Services remain the property of their respective owners.
Reference to a third-party brand does not necessarily indicate sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, or authorization unless expressly stated.
If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, product photograph, suggestion, or other feedback to BDTrimsART, you represent that you have the right to submit it.
To the extent permitted by law, you grant BDTrimsART permission to use voluntarily submitted reviews, photographs, and feedback for purposes including:
Customer service;
Product development;
Website presentation;
Social media;
Advertising; and
Marketing.
We will not knowingly represent materially altered feedback as an authentic customer statement.
You may not use our website or Services to:
Violate applicable law;
Commit fraud;
